岡山大学国際同窓会では、総会に先立ち同窓会員と在学生の絆を深めるために「プレイベント情報交換会」の開催を企画します。

総会当日に出席できない支部・もっと支部内同士の交流を深めたい・在学生と交流し、「今」の岡山大学の情報を知りたい同窓会員の皆様はぜひご参加してください。

2021年12月８日（水）　　1時間30分程度（予定）

※実施時間は支部ごとに設定いただきます。

●開催方法：

Zoomによるオンライン開催

各支部が希望した時間に入室して頂ければ、岡山大学国際同窓会のスタッフが各支部をブレイクアウトルームにご案内します。

●参加対象：

＊岡山大学国際同窓会（OUIAA）の会員の方

＊岡山大学を卒業された留学生

＊岡山大学に在学中の留学生

The Okayama University International Alumni Association is planning to hold a "Pre-event Information Exchange Meeting" to deepen connections between alumni members and current students before the General Meeting.

If you are not able to attend the General Assembly, or if you want to deepen exchanges within your branch, or if you want to communicate with current students and learn more about the current situation of Okayama University, please join us.

●Date and time: December 8, 2021 (Wednesday), 1 hour and 30 minutes (planned)

*Time will vary depending on the branch. However, the time will be decided according to each branch's request.

●Location: Online via Zoom

*The staff of Okayama University International Alumni Association will guide each branch to the breakout room at the appointed time.

●Participants:

*Members of the Okayama University International Alumni Association (OUIAA)

*International students who graduated from Okayama University

* International students currently studying at Okayama University
